Psychotherapy for Individuals

How I work

I offer trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapy for adults navigating a wide range of life experiences. My work is rooted in the understanding that symptoms like anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or disconnection are often the nervous system’s responses to overwhelm, not signs of something “wrong” with you. Together, we create a space where your system can gradually settle, heal, and make contact with your needs, emotions, and inner resources.

Whether you’re moving through a major life transition, working with the impact of trauma, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply wanting to deepen your self-awareness, our work will move at your pace, with care and respect for your unique experience.

Who I work with

I work with adults navigating complex and developmental trauma, relationship and attachment challenges, life transitions, cultural displacement, and the impact of anxiety, depression, and burnout. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Some are grieving, others are working through early relational wounding or the long-term effects of stress on the body. I also support clients exploring questions of identity, belonging, and self-worth—especially those who have lived between cultures or carried responsibility for others from a young age.
